      Very toxic environment in the accounts section. Allot of rediculing in front of everyone and finger pointing to everyone else apart from the employees who have been there for years who make most of the mistakes.

      Friendly managers. Good company to work for, it's very busy. Everyone gets along with each other.

      Hours are long, 8.30-5.15pm, no work from home, difficult for a work life balance

      Flexible, multinational, in expansion, professional environment, great human relationships

      Cons

      It's growing very fast and resources are falling short. The management system must be updated to the volume of information being processed. Human resources doesn't have enough staff and does what it can.
