      the employees are nice people. Good cafeteria

      Cons

      the general management does not care about employees. They practice a praise in private and punish in public approach. Moments of embarrassment occur often as mistakes are made aware in front of all employees. In the year I worked many employees left because they could not work in such a bad management environment.

      Pros

      The paycheck comes in on time, plenty of overtime if that is important to you. Good co-workers. Products that you can take pride in making.

      Cons

      The production floor is understaffed and a complete mess. You will be required to hunt for a reel of parts amid dozens of bins, which no one will know exactly were it should be. You can and will be brought in for 8 hour mandatory overtimes on Saturday and may be forced to start as early as 5am to make up the production lost due to negligence of keeping the floor efficient.
