The work is good and head office have a great ethos. prodcuts are competitive with a good brand

It really depends on which franchise you work for. Get the wrong franchise and you are on your own. There is no HR, no support from head office. If you have issues you can only talk to the franchise owner and if they aren't present or there is a hierarchy that you are at the bottom off, well good luck

Learning experience. Head office and supporting branches are great. Overall good company.

Branch specific:Poor wages, became intimidating and turned other employee against me after questioning job progression and a wages review. I had worked 2 years and not had a pay rise. Told me it would be cheaper to not have me there. (I was paid around the minimum living wage). Found out a lot of lies were used to manipulate staff by the owner. Drove me to quit. The owner Eva’s total change in demeanour towards me after questioning pay was scary and this affected my mental health even after leaving.
