As the CEO of MTF Finance, I know how hard everyone in our organisation works to make MTF a great NZ company for our customers and our team. It’s always disappointing to read reviews like this, but rest assured we take all feedback on board. While there is always context that leads to outcomes where team members feel disenfranchised, angry or disappointed, it’s something we always try to avoid. We have a large focus on communication and transparency: authenticity and a lack of hierarchy are really important drivers of our culture. But we can always do better and we have discussed this feedback, along with feedback we get from our current team every day, and will use this to continue to get better.
