Pros

Very bad company don’t even go for interview. They only waste your time and energy

Cons

Hr called me multiple times and every time she was like we have to close on urgent basis you need to come today only instead of checking the schedule of the person, she was very rude all the time. I’m also a HR but never behaved like this with my candidates. This is not a professionalism. And somehow after clearing the interview with the Co-founder of the company Mr Kholi. The HR asked me to give the resignation on the current company on immediate basis as they wanted me to join immediately. She send me the official email as well. But the day I was waiting for their salary breakups they denied and stopped picking my call. The HR texted me that we haven’t sent you any official offer letter so we holding you. Such a unprofessional company and management. They don’t consider their own email as “OFFICIAL”

Pros

1. In this environment, survival does not necessarily require constant learning of new skills. 2. Rapid updates in technology are not always essential—often, the ability to speak confidently and share perspectives can create the impression of expertise. 3. Hard work alone is not the defining factor; building strong relationships with management tends to ensure smoother progress. 4. When you demonstrate alignment and dependency with leadership, recognition and career growth often follow. 5. Overall, this can serve as a valuable pit stop in your career journey, though it may not be the place to remain for the long term.

Cons

1. In this environment, continuous learning is not emphasized as a necessity for survival. 2. Professional development and skill enhancement are not deeply embedded in the culture. 3. Roles and responsibilities tend to remain fixed from the first day until departure. 4. Your job is stacked from the very first day until the day you leave. 5. Work–life balance is not considered a primary focus. Peace of mind is a concept that finds little space within this world.
