1. Pros of working here are only for those who are sycophants. 2. If your a teacher and have decent reputation then you will get all the advantages of working in MT. 3. Apart for these nothing is mentionable.
Cons
Seriously is this a listed company? Since I doubt sometimes about MT as company. The owner and founder of MT was a teacher and other top management persons were also teacher. By gods grace they manage to convert group tuitions into a company. Being a teacher they lack a vision of a corporate entrepreneur. They are in cash cow business. Education is the most fundamental thing in todays world. No matter what is the cost everyone want to educate there children. MT is ripping the fruits of this. They have all the things which one needs to make a successful business. They got money, they got market which is ever growing. But what they lack is an attitude to take everyone with them and treat their employee as peer rather than a slave. Nepotism, favouritism is at the foundation of this company. Selfish top management is like parasite. Other mentionable things are as follows. 1. Non functional HR department. 2. Lack a basic infrastructure which company should have. 3. MT Admin must understand that wash room is also a part of company facility. The gist is 1. MT is not going any where they will stay in the market and they never going to grow. 2. The person who have worked with MT will never be willing to work again with them.
