Pros

The biggest pro is the culture. Everyone is approachable, supportive and willing to help, regardless of their role or seniority. One thing that stands out is the trust you're given. Senior leadership don't micromanage, you're trusted to do your job, make decisions and take ownership of your work. There are also plenty of opportunities to progress if you're willing to put yourself forward. I've seen people develop their careers here and stay with the business for over 20 years. The flexibility is another massive plus and the hybrid working approach means you can still balance work around your life. The benefits are also really strong. Alongside a generous holiday allowance, there's a matched pension, enhanced maternity and paternity packages, Vitality health insurance, life assurance and even an electric car scheme. Overall, it's a great place to work with good people, a positive culture, strong leadership and lots of opportunities to develop.

Pros

Site is a genuinely positive place to work, with a strong focus on work-life balance and employee wellbeing. Benefits like 3 pm finishes on Fridays and Vitality help create a culture where people are encouraged to look after themselves as well as do good work. One of the standout parts of working here is Fika, a Swedish workplace tradition where people take time to pause, have a coffee or snack, and connect with colleagues. At MSite, it helps create space in the week to step away from the desk, reset, and have proper conversations with people across the business. The people are one of the biggest strengths. It is a friendly, supportive and collaborative environment, with always someone available to talk to, ask for advice, or bounce ideas off. There is also a diverse and inclusive culture, where different people, perspectives and ways of working are welcomed and valued. The goals are clear, which helps everyone understand what we are working towards and keeps teams moving in the same direction. The working environment is also fun and welcoming, with office dogs, fundraising for great causes, and social events such as bowling and parties adding to the sense of community. Overall, MSite offers a great mix of purpose, people, flexibility, inclusion and fun.

Cons

Like many growing businesses, MSite has had some challenges around teams working in silos at times. This can occasionally make communication slower than it needs to be, especially when different departments are working on connected priorities. That said, this is something the business is actively improving. There has been a gradual move towards better cross-team collaboration, clearer communication, and more shared ownership across departments. It feels like people are becoming more joined up, with more opportunities to understand what other teams are working on and how our roles connect. It is still a work in progress, but the direction is positive. As the company continues to grow, keeping that focus on collaboration will be important to help everyone work more efficiently and feel aligned.
