Registered sex offenders on the IT team with active charges, court cases, and judge-ordered no contact accessing employee information, tracking, and visiting employees without consent outside of work. Denying Indigenous leave of absence while under contract with federal regulations. Terminating employees while on medical leave of absence. Withholding lieu pay, vacation pay, and referrals, and intentionally providing government agencies with falsified information in employee ROAs after a massive company-wide layoff in January 2024. The toxic company culture aligns with the long-term employees who have sad backstories and share them openly even if you try to remove yourself from them. Working from home keeps you safe for a while, but senior employees actively search out agents online. Keeping your head down and avoiding personal connections is recommended, and this job should only be used as a stepping stone because this work environment is damaging to any decent adult. Keep the timeline under five months and avoid personal relationships with long-term employees in any part of the company.
