Pros
Pays reasonably well if you have experience HR are very helpful if you have medical problems
Cons
No creativity, sterile environment not appropriate for software development. New coders get put on support until someone else is hired to replace them (rare) despite claims it will only be a month or 2. They treat employees like zoo animals for show to clients. No advancement. No pay rises. Can't even be bothered to do reviews unless pressured. No training despite claims in job description.
