Started out great with a real focus on delivering solutions clients wanted.
Cons
Lost its heart and has become a profit driven business. Over 70% gross margin on all MST developed products, no customer care, no customer focus and it was said by management "we can go 3 years without providing support before our customers will leave as it's so hard to change in mining"
