C-level team leadership is non-existent. They squander good talent and keep the boot lickers. It's a good ol'boy system. They believe if one women can birth a child in 9 months, 9 women can birth a child in 1 month. Hilarious to hear clients tell engineers "No you can't have local admin and sysadmin to our system for your software to run" because engineers were poached out of highschool. 4-5 hour long meetings with the CTO because you aren't allowed to leave till you agree with the buzzwords. I could go on for hours...
