      - Some great technology and a market leader - Excellent team of technical people who are passionate about what they do - Great customer base in Aus.

      Cons

      - Unrealistic about growth which is rather difficult seeing that mining is in a down market. - Internal systems and processes not integrated and lots of duplication and frustrating. - Doesnt understand how to be a global player.
