- With new leaders coming in, the culture and core values of people drastically changed. Open-mindedness and honesty are gone, if you give feedback it will be taken against you. The leadership team is no longer transparent, and everything you say will be viewed negatively. - They are shifting from WFH to Office-based without asking employees how we feel. We joined mspbots because of this perk but you will be forced. If you disagree, you will be seen as an employee who is not the right fit. - No salary increase - you must work OT to earn more. Not fair isn't it? Work-life balance is no longer valued. - We pay our own govt contributions and taxes - Tenure benefit was removed, and loyal employees are no longer recognized - You are expected to go over and beyond your work, but you will not be rewarded, instead, you will be given more work because you're doing great
