Great management, inconsistent hours - Casual Photographer MSP Photography Employee Review

Good people/staff, everyone gets along and had fun with everyone. We have mandatory Christmas days and events sprinkled throughout the year. It's as memorable as the amount of effort everyone puts in though which sadly can vary by enthusiasm.

Very very long hours which they are transparent about, but in the moment it feels glossed over. It's a niche job with it's niche problem. Expect to not have a work-life balance for 3-4months. The job itself can get stagnant and repetitive after awhile,

- used to have flexibility this is no longer an option

- under paying by extreme amounts - asking employees to work for free outside agreed working days and times - 12 hour days only being paid for 6.8 hours
