      Pros

      Good for freshgrad to have maximum experience in general insurance claim. Good and strategic location.

      Cons

      Always late paying mileage claim and MC claim which is more than 3-4 weeks, low parking allowance despite high parking rate and no insurance for warded employees is the biggest turn off for me.

      - Fast paced - Pressures from all sides - Learn how to handle big complex claims - Learn the laws of nature, not all situations are straightforward - Challenging for some people - Certain will enjoy the constant challenge esp masochists

      Cons

      - Not for all persons - Job is complex depending on case to case basis - Insurers look at u, brokers look at u, insureds look at u. U will feel inferior to the stakeholders on claims. However, certain ppl that can handle these people will excel - Dont cry
