First, my apologies for just now seeing this review. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns. Since reading the review last night, we talked about the review’s contents during this morning’s senior ops team call, it was the last communication in today’s all company global call, and we had a specific call amongst executive management. To be clear, we have a zero-tolerance policy for anything felt as harassment. “Boys being boys” will never be tolerated or accepted. Being a small company, we don’t have a formal HR department but it is a priority to build one as we start growing to the next revenue level. In the meantime, I committed to the company in having an anonymous outlet to raise concerns when a team member is not comfortable voicing to our executive team (we are the owners) or a local lead (Mary or Ivan in Mexico, me in the US + Globe, Jim in Switzerland, Edwin in Singapore).
