Pros
It's a job that pays. Outside of a means of survival, I would not recommend this company if you value autonomy, transparency, structure or your sanity. My workload was reasonable.
Cons
Small town feel. Most leaders are long-standing. Your opinions are not welcomed. You will be required to go into an empty office of a handful of people who rarely acknowledge each other. The systems are antique and everything is painfully inefficient. Sketchy practices and processes that made me question what might be going on behind the scenes. At this company, you do things a certain way because its how its always been done... not because it makes sense, not because its correct, not because it will make your job easier. I have quite literally never had a more miserable experience in my life.
