A very difficult working enviroment at head office. The CEO is narcissistic and leads with fear. The staff turn over is very high. She had her favorites who were completly immune from her wrath but the rest of us were treated with no respect or care. The CEO often paid lip service on how she valued her staff but her actions were the complete opposite. She berated staff in an open office and if you spoke up, you were sacked. She prides herself as an experienced leader but lacks any insight on how to communicate effectively with her team.
