Pros

Small company that focuses on a very stable industry. Hotel software. Generally most of the staff below management are very helpful. Very impressive a software company has remained in existence for 20+ without a name change or even industry change

Cons

Tinier and dedication do not matter to the company. There is very little opportunity to grow within the company other than a full career\department change. Management is too busy fixing problems they caused to actually effectively plan and run a business. The software itself they distribute\support is buggy and needs to be revised and updated on a continual basis. There is no training from new employees and the existing ones are treated as robots. You will get a write-up for everything you do and they will terminate with prejudice

Pros

The people are great when it is work related. They are helpful and can work hard as a team. When things need to get done, we get things done. I think the communication between different teams has gotten better over the years. There are different things that help the different departments to get familiar with each other that the company provides such as cooking for Ronald McDonald, event held by humanities committee, etc. I think that it is great that the CEO runs throughout the building to hello to the employees. There is acknowledgement for employee and that also has gotten better over the years. It might not be much but it helps a person that is feeling down to know they are doing a good job.

Cons

The negative comments and complaints from existing employees can be annoying. Employees talking about each other on how they are doing things wrong when they should be patient with each other and try to work together to get things accomplished.
