Pros
I work from home half the week, enjoy 2 weeks PTO, all government holidays are paid days off, i have 5 sick days and 3 floating holidays i can use for days off. I feel very respected and i feel my company wants me to succeed. They give yearly raises as well.
Cons
Sometimes i have to travel to other plants, i often encounter workers whose first language is not english so it was challenging at first when i started here. Msi encourages us to learn spanish and they paid for my classes to be certified in things relevent to my job.
