You have outlined many issues that have affected your perception of MSG and that perception of MSG is important to us. Over the last year there has been many changes and improvements to the company, which will have positive effects in the long term. We understand change is difficult and not always embraced. We solicit and accept all feedback and use it to continuously improve our internal policies and procedures. We understand your concerns and we are diligently working towards improvement. Recently we have implemented management roundtables to address many of these issues before new perceptions are formed.
