Pros
Client's Satisfaction comes first. All employees are willing to offer assistance to complete the tasks and meet deadlines. Higher Management open to new ideas that are proven to benefit the whole business. The Pay is on time and efforts don't go unnoticed.
Cons
As and abroad employee I don't think I'm getting the same care as the local employees in terms of training and development and fair opportunities however the HR Dep is working on a suitable solution and I trust it will be a good one!
