- Being associated with Dell's family office - Flexibility to work remotely if needed - Beautiful office overlooking Central Park

- People management ineffective - Employees can get burned on death march projects with fundamental leadership issues not addressed - Employee Turnover and light at building trusting long term relationships with employees - Everything is managed through confrontation and belittling - Lack of scale and growth strategy - Exodus of talent a consequence
