      Pros

      Nice, new offices, good pipeline and products, a top pharma company with good reputation

      Cons

      Very poor human resource support, very competitive environment with a lot of ‘ will do anything to get my next job’ type of mentality. Late hours, people are let go easily and the company seems to have a bit of a crisis in defining why they moved a bunch of people to Switzerland. Not a great place to work.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
