Pros
The Medical Writing team is big and you get to work with people from all over the world, mostly the USA. MSD is a huge multinational and it's interesting to learn how this company works.
Cons
People were not happy there, they said only people that were friends with the managers got promoted. There were people that had been in the same position for 5 years with promises to have advancements in their careers but this didn't happen. Problems always got escalated.
