I started my career in this organization and am now completing 11 years within the next few months. MSC is a product based company, a great place to work and offers opportunities to learn new technologies. Job security is trustworthy and there is no bench policy. Female employees are well treated and requested to leave the office premise before 7pm. I appreciate the work-life balance that my job offers. Yearly appraisal and festival bonuses are offered to every employee. Company policies are employee friendly and flexible. We are expected to work from office four days in a week. I'm proud and grateful for the work experience and learning from MSC!
