The CEO and staff in the Albany Ga practice are bias and speak with racial and anti-women undertones. They only see non-white patients as patients that need help opposed to seeing them as human. They should not be allowed to carry the MSA Orthopedic brand. Sadly, there is not a single person of color that works on the Albany ga practice and that is by design. It's heart breaking to me that the management deny applicants based on names, race and the appearance of being an 'unmarried adult '. Office staff are narrow minded and brag about being mediocre. My women colleagues are competitive and my men colleagues are dismissive. Pay is standard but could be better and work is sporadic. Busy times then long periods of quiet.
