Pros
Easy work, entry level pay is decent ~$9, basically work at your own pace.
Cons
The owners and top managers basicially ignore a temp's presence completely. Disorganized, didn't communicate well, very "in-crowd" folks. If you don't kiss enough tail, you'll probably get fired without warning near the end of your contract
