      Working from home 100% ,

      Cons

      There is a huge amount of work and no time to learn how to do things properly. You will have to log every minute of your time in Autotask, or you will be treated to not receive your salary. The company is acquiring multiple new clients and will rush the onboarding process, so you won't have time to do a good job with either your existing or new clients. Then they will emphasise that the client is important. There are no bonuses or real pay rises at the end of the day. You will receive an evaluation from your supervisor and receive a raise of between 1 and 3% based on how well you follow procedure. Avoid this toxic environment!

      Pros

      Arise is a great platform if you service under the correct Company. But this isn’t someone you would want to service under at all.

      This lady is a SCAMMER! Reading the reviews I always knew there was more to her than it seems! She has a horrible attitude, very unprofessional, and she will disrespect you because she feels you “NEED” her. She doesn’t address you well in emails and she will try to make you stay under her if you try to leave! Do not Work for this lady! She has a “$750 termination fee” that’s not listed in the contract and she takes money from your paychecks. Proceed with caution with this woman. Seriously. I don’t want anyone else falling into the bine I feel into with her.
