Pros
Pay is pretty good, due to the amount of overtime. Although there is room for raises. Also from time to time you will have free time to relax during the long shifts, the little breaks go a long way for stress.
Cons
Tends to be overwhelming from lack of support or due to the compiling of stress: work instructions, sort initiating, paperwork and the long days. 18 month non compete form makes it quite difficult to use your experience to better yourself in new career opportunities.
