Too much work expected, unannounced expelling, unnoticed hardworking, partiality towards few people, micromanagement, very less pay, no work life balance at all!
The interview process was seamless, and the interviewer was both friendly and welcoming, creating a positive first impression. The training provided has been exceptional, offering valuable insights not only for my role here but also for personal and professional growth. I have gained a broad range of knowledge essential for a clinical researcher, which has added significant depth and variety to my skill set.
Cons
One area for improvement would be the time taken to provide feedback and confirm the job offer after the interview. There was a significant delay in receiving a response, which caused some uncertainty. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience, and I remain pleased with the outcome.
