The MS Society is a great organization to start off your career. The organization works for a worthy cause, and the fundraising events are fun to organize and attend. Overall, I felt like I was contributing to the organization and to our clients in a meaningful way.

Lack of funds can prevent some of your ideas from taking fruit. Some people in the organization are cliquey. The office I worked in used older technology that could use updating.

Nice people, worthy cause, networking

All departments are very divided and people barely know each other. Many issues with departments with managers - HR struggled to deal with the situation which saw high turn over.
