Pros
Good work life balance but also probably the reason why the ship sunk.
Cons
Management is bad and slow to change which resulted in a once great company ending up in this state. Directionless ship drifting on the waves hoping to be blown to paradise, alas the winds were against its favour. Some changes enacted but too little and too late.
