Pros
Appreciated the company culture. Its small enough to make an impact and get involved. Work life balance was great.
Cons
Limitations since its owned by a corporation, a lot of red tape sometimes. Hard to achieve pay equity. Sometimes they get scrappy and when short staffed, have poor expectations of employees.
