Was a great company to work for , management and training were always on point , work life balance was very doable.

It was bought out by Nielsen and then staff were let go.

The job is good and the coworkers are great.

I've been working in the same position for over a year now, but I'm making 15k less than my male counterpart. He and I were hired at the same time, and have the same qualifications. I've been promised that I would be given a raise to bring me up to his pay for 6 months now, and keep getting told to wait longer. Now I've been told to, you guessed it, wait another month.
