      I worked with MRC because this is growest compny in transpotion industry.

      Cons

      Only payment you have,no extra payment for overtime and no fooding.There was no time to went to the home.

      Will have to work for 12+ hrs every day and on Sunday will have to work from home.

      The management is more qualified and its has forward looking management practices.

      Not big enough for a logistics company. Mumbai Reginal Manager has old thinking.
