Internship was awesome. The transition to online due to the pandemic was tough at first but HR did a great job making sure we were capable to continue away from the office

- The partners serving over investment analyst interns, accounting interns, and tax interns are very personable, professional, and have the desire to help their next generation of leaders - MRA is very successful in terms of awards received - the office is very clean and nice; sitting/standing desks

- NO feedback meetings (formal or informal) even though in the interview they state there will be - NO exit interviews, documentation of facts, and no help from the HR Department - the marketing department is run by one person who has never managed anyone before and has no communication skills
