8yThank you for your feedback! We will work to improve our current training regimen. We had offered basic technology training and most of our business process training took place during orientation, please us know what other training you'd like to see. We are very transparent about the non-paid internship, however interns have equal opportunity to earn our tech partner "spiffs." Our interns are open to get compensation based on any deals they register. We always provide opportunities for our interns to grow and learn. However, we do leave it up to the intern on how they want their experience to turn out. Whatever they put into the intern program, they will get as much out of it.
