Pros

work life balance is adequate

Cons

Orwellian to an almost creepy extent: everyone has cameras on them at all times, no phones, no talking, timed 10 minute break per day (watched via camera), screen capped monitors that feed directly to the location manager who has literally a wall of monitors in his office overlooking everyone and their monitors, emails read through and blocked to any outside email address aside from your direct superior or one or two office people. They talk about 'Culture' all the time, but its essentially a long building filled with two long tables each side of the aisle- not even cubicles. You are a cog in a machine to them and hold zero value in their eyes. -absolute insane amount of turnover -emailed and berated for 'speaking loudly' -constantly watched -No autonomy -No appreciation of added value -Initiative will get you kicked aside as 'the Boss' has a god complex (he hires a bunch of young girls that go to his church who seem to idolize him like he's the second coming or something) -No advancement or future -Lies about pay raises Would be okay for high school student or recent college grad. Not a place for a professional or someone looking to build on their career.

Pros

You get the feeling that management cares for the employees. They've added in some perks, as well as some great benefits. They like to promote from within and like to get feedback from employees about how to make the job better. You can tell the company is actively trying to keep the employees engaged, with several social activities and volunteer opportunities.

Cons

It's definitely a fast paced environment. You're expected to always be working. Sometimes the work levels are stressful, as with any job.

Pros

Get to chose your break between 30-60 minutes

Cons

Hired for customer service but half the job is essentially telemarketing.
