      Pros

      You get to work on beautiful projects with very high end materials. Its nice to work with an in house interior design team as well. The Interior design team and support staff on the architecture side are great.

      Cons

      Not a supportive environment. Senior staff are talented but have very difficult personalities.

      Nice design sensibility and office space. Good people working there.

      A bit intense atmosphere and sometimes deadlines were not realistic.
