Pros
The company is knowledgeable in all areas of Military operations and strives for customer service excellence. Even when putting their customers first they make sure employees put their family's first as they all have a military background and this is how the military has operated. This company cares about its employees and has a true open door policy to listen to feedback to improve the product they deliver.
Cons
This is a contracting company and not every contract will be extended due to government cuts. They do work with any new company that over takes their pervious contract to make it easier on employees, but it is the nature of the business that you could be out of work at the end of the government contract cycle.
