Pros
I have worked for MPS Security for over a year. This company is truly invested in supporting the community by providing free security to non-profit organizations and working to keep community members safe. I am also happy to work for a company that does truly care about the employees and works hard to promote from within.
Cons
As with all companies there are things that can be improved upon. Recently employee surveys were completed to hear from security officers in the field - and get their ideas about how to improve company morale and procedures. The individuals who were thoughtful enough to provide feedback were heard - and new policies and training opportunities resulted. It would be helpful for more current employees to continue to provide thoughtful feedback instead of waiting until they leave and then writing negative reviews. Sometimes it takes courage to address something while still employed - that is how change happens.
