      Old leaders are playing solid politics to save their job. They have aligned their managers also in such a way that they all play games anddo conspiracy against anyone who try to disturb them. These skills are required to become successful at MPS. Your technical skills doesn't matters.

      Remote work setup is fine

      Cons

      Pay is very low for the expected workload. Management either doesn't know what they are doing or is purposely sinking the companies that they acquire, or maybe both. Makes drastic changes without even minimal communication or preparation for what comes next.
