You may make sense and work extremely hard but that would not bear any fruit as the management is simply clueless and favours incompetent syncophants.Have to work with people who are unskilled and non-qualified and were only hired because of contacts and relations. Office resembles a call centre and half of the chairs are broken. CEO only focuses on share price and dividends (family is the major shareholder). HR is useless and their only job is to write positive reviews or ask junior employees to do so.
