Pros

My immediate bosses would work with me in terms of scheduling and trying to be flexible.

Cons

I worked here for a year and a half. I was hired during the pandemic and since part of the position is running machines, there was no ability to work from home for me. Which was fine, I knew that when I signed up. However, most of the other departments and positions could have worked from home. In fact, that's what happened during lockdown. When lockdown was finished, MPS still did not have a Covid policy in place. So Covid went through the company twice. The first time, management found out and all got tested and did not alert people that an employee was positive. Nor did they check on her or give her any instruction on how/when she could return to work. The second time, they simply ignored it as person after person got sick, and were merely frustrated that we were understaffed to make deadlines. They were understaffed the entire time I was employed there, took on additional work and were shocked that employees were burning out. They also denied everyone a bonus claiming they did not make any profits, and yet the boss's son is driving a Porsche while they somehow had enough money to purchase several new machines. I left when it became clear the staff was nothing but bodies to fill a task. Oh, and their benefits are terrible - no vision, dental, and pretty much no medical.
