Pros
The people at MPRM are super passionate about what they do and eager to help interns learn about PR. It's an "open door policy" which at first I didn't believe but questions are encouraged. The office is relatively small but its a pro because it forces you to interact with people more often. Really enjoyed the experience!
Cons
Its a little cliquey depending on which department you are in. To be fair, I was only there a few months. Interns could be given more things to do, there were plenty of times where I had nothing to do and I would reach out to other departments but they couldn't pass anything along since it was too important for an intern to deal with.
