      Pros

      Really great benefits. Awesome leadership. Company have all employees a wonderful bonus. Wish that they didn't change company. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Contract ended. Company sold to bigger business. Lost small town down home feel. Contracts are always ending. Want full time job.

      Pros

      Location, benefits, parking, access to public transportation. Significant influence by former military/army type folks that made the place operate more like the military than a business.

      Cons

      Leadership was not bad, although business acumen was often lacking. Senior leaders were note career business people, so decisions were made that were not always the most effective. Environment was not conducive to advancement for those with little or no military experience.
