Pros
Working at MPOWER, I have found that the people (team members and management) make it a great place to work. In all honesty, I would have moved back home if it wasn't for this job and the fact that I feel valued as a team member. Even though they have a business to run, they really take care of their employees and I have seen that they will go above and beyond for you if you show them that you are worth it. My experience has been nothing but great with this company, I have held a few different positions and I truly appreciate the opportunities that they have and continue to give me. Cons
No company is perfect, especially a growing one. All you can hope for is that they try their hardest to accommodate all expectations when changes occur. Communication skill have lacked in the past, but I have personally seen a huge improvement throughout the whole company especially when it comes to communication among management and their team members. They really try to show that everyone is appreciated in the company and make sure that all are aware of the opportunities available.
