This is a great industry with great earning potential
Cons
Fake reviews are so misleading to outsiders considering employment. The CEO is terrible to work with. You never get feedback in a timely manner for your candidates. Leadership is unprofessional and love to make false promises. Sales is a revolving door but at this place they change the entire team every 6 months people quit because of leadership.
