Pros

Decent pay, remote work is ok.

Cons

Good luck with the cliquy leaders, not all but most have drunk the Kool-Aid. If you have any issues, even upper management makes excuses. The direct supervisors at the contact center are complacent, gossip, treat employees like nothing, and very obviously have no passionate outlook other than what that the beaurocracy of this organization will automatically move them into career-wise. If leadership had an overhaul, even in upper management, this would be a safe place to grow a career without kissing everyone's behind.

Cons

Filthy shop floor. Oil everywhere. Too much work and not enough employees. Taken advantage of. Quality doesn’t matter just get the parts out the door. Complete chaos. No communication between two buildings. GM hates confrontation so bad behavior is never addressed.
